Making your lifestyle your medicine is the solution. And taking simple daily steps is the key.

Here are my top 7 Lifestyle tips to make your body feel great again!

  1. Drink water–avoid soda and alcohol.
  2. Limit your toxin exposure. If you are smoking, you need to stop; Eat organic foods, use toxin-free beauty lines (on your skin, hair, and nails), drink filtered water, breath clean air.
  3. Eat real food; avoid processed, packaged, preserved, colored, or chemically altered foods. Eat lots of leafy greens, vegetables, seeds, nuts, fruits, and healthy oils every day.
  4. Avoid GMO (genetically modified organisms).
  5. Exercise: sweat, breathe, Move.
  6. Sleep: be in bed before 11pm, and keep a consistent sleep schedule.
  7. Enjoy the sunshine: get natural sunshine everyday; if this isnt possible, then invest in a sun light that mimics sunshine.

Simple daily steps make all the difference–it’s honoring your body, giving it what it needs consistently, and taking good care of you.
