Superfood Chocolate Cookies

If you’re going to eat chocolate, why not make it a superfood chocolate?

I have a Superfood Chocolate recipe just for you!
What makes this recipes super? The superfood ingredients, of course! These cookies are a healthy alternative and the pumpkin puree give them a nice spicey kick which a perfect match for the rich chocolatey goodness.
These yummy cookies are full of protein, omegas, and free of: dairy, gluten, and eggs.

Superfood Chocolate Cookies
INGREDIENTS:
5 scoops Chocolate GSGLife Protein Powder (1 scoop = 1/3cup)
1 teaspoon Baking Powder (aluminum free)
2 scoops GSGLife Superfood chocolate greens
3 TBSP Cocao Nibs
3 flax eggs (3 T GSGLife sprouted flaxmeal + 8 T Filtered water)
3/4 cup Pumpkin Puree

*Note: you can add nuts or coconut flakes if you would like to add variety.

DIRECTIONS:
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees
Grease a mini muffin tin with coconut oil
Mix GSGLife Sprouted flax and filtered water in one bowl and let sit
Mix dry ingredients in one bowl
Mix wet ingredients in one bowl
Now, pour wet ingredients into dry and mix well
Then add GSGLife Sprouted flax mix to ingredients

Pour mixture evenly into tins
Bake for 7-8 minutes or until the batter is cooked through.
Be careful not to overcook (they can dry-out)

Cool, then Serve.
